1) How can you offer such a rebate?

Through our special relationships with the host, they provide us a commission every time we refer a customer to them. We think it is only fair to reward some of that commission back to you as the user. It's a Win-Win situation for all of us.

3) Can anyone claim this rebate?

Anyone who is a NEW customer of the host can claim the rebate. If you are an existing customer or have another account with the host, you will not be eligible for the rebate. Please note that this rebate offer is only available from this site and is NOT related to any offer currently provided from Green Geeks directly.

4) How can I claim the rebate?

After  you sign up for a hosting package with the host, fill out our rebate request form. You must  do this immediately after you order your hosting so that we can track your order properly. Failure to do so within 10 days of signing up for the Hosting account will disqualify your rebate eligibility.

5) Is my contact information safe?

YES. Absolutely. We value your privacy. We will only use your email address to  communicate with you about your rebate status. You will NOT be on a mailing list of any sort nor will your information be sold or bartered. see our Privacy Policy.

6) How long does it take to receive my rebate?

After we receive your rebate request and verify your order and signup are valid, It can take anywhere from 60-75 days to receive your rebate from us via paypal. If the paypal payment is not accepted and/or returned undeliverable, your rebate will become null and void.

7) Why so long???

Because the host offers a 30 day money back guarantee, we must wait 40 days before your account is verified (prevents fraud). It can take at least another 30 days before they release the commission.

8) If I Find a better online rebate will you match it?

Yes and BETTER! We offer a 110% rebate matching guarantee. We will match their rebate and beat it by 10% of the Difference.
