They had to verify the account, which I can understand considering all the fraud that is on the Internet. I got my details within a few minutes after the call. I have about 50 sites hosted under my reseller account, of which about half of them I had them transfer for me from one of their competitors. The sites stay up, technical support is quick and friendly and overall great service. If you're looking for a good host to host your customers, then these guys are the right choice for you.
